Range of hills in the Punjab, which, starting from a point on the border of the Suket, Bilaspur, and Mandi States, runs north-west for 50 miles in the last State. It is pierced by the Beas river about 20 miles north-west of Mandi town. Its name is derived from that of Sikandar Khan Sun, who is said to have established a cantonment on its summit, intending to conquer Kangra.
