Makhdum Shaikh Bahauddin Barnawi was a 14th-century Sufi saint and scholar who lived in India. He was born in 1318 CE in the town of Barnawa, which is now located in the present-day Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Shaikh Bahauddin was a disciple of Shaikh Nizamuddin Auliya, a famous Sufi saint and spiritual leader of the Chishti Sufi order in India. He was known for his piety, knowledge, and devotion to God. Shaikh Bahauddin was also a prolific writer and wrote several books on Sufism, including "Kashf al-Asrar" (Unveiling of Secrets) and "Khamsa-i-Bahauddin" (The Quintet of Bahauddin).

Shaikh Bahauddin was a respected figure in his time and had a large following of disciples who sought his guidance and spiritual teachings. His tomb, located in the city of Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh, is still visited by devotees seeking blessings and spiritual guidance.
