Iffco produces ‘world’s 1st’ nano urea liquid

New Delhi:

Farmers’ cooperative major, Iffco announced the launching of Nano Urea Liquid, which it claimed to be the world’s first such product. It said one 500ml bottle of the product would replace at least one bag of conventional urea.

“To test its efficacy around 11,000 farmer field trials were undertaken... on 94 crops, an average 8% increase in yield has been witnessed,” Indian Farmers’ Fertilizer Cooperative (Iffco) said. It also mentioned that Nano Urea Liquid can curtail conventional urea requirement by at least 50% and promote a balanced nutrition programme. TNN
