Dhauli-Kalinga Mahotsav

The Dhauli-Kalinga Mahotsav held at the foothills of the historic Dhauli hills near Bhubaneswar organised by Odisha Dance Academy in association with Odisha Tourism. The five-day Mahotsav is held in the month of December. The festival promotes tourism by attracting large number of tourists every year presenting the Odisha art and culture before them.

The mission behind hosting this festival was to create an awareness of the cultural heritage among the people of Odisha while promoting Odisha’s cultural tourism potentials. The aim is to embrace many artists into its cultural fold to bring about international cultural amity and harmony.
