From the time Salman started working, only 10% of his income went into his account, allowing him to spend it the way he wished to. Salman started operating his bank account for the first time only [in late 2013], which is when he started signing cheques.
Salman has taken after his father, Salim Khan, when it comes to giving. Salim sahab himself is a man of few needs and enjoys helping others, who are genuinely in need. From the beginning, he fixed 10% for Salman, that he was allowed to spend on himself. A part of the balance 90% was used for charity and now, for Being Human. Till late 2013, when Salman was 48 years of age, he had never signed a cheque in his life. Initially, while he started enjoying signing cheques, we now learn from his sister Alvira that he is already fed up and keeps wanting to write a power of attorney for even signing that amount and, of course, no one is willing to take it up. She further told us, "He doesn't even know how much money he has and is completely detached from money." Well, all we can say is, we hope we have more stars and human beings like Salman Khan.

Sister Arpita Khan's alleged boyfriends
She is young, she hails from a filmy khandaan and has the industry's favourite bhai as her bhai: she is Salman Khan's [adopted] sister Arpita Khan. While Salman himself has always been questioned about his alleged love affairs, his baby sister Arpita does not lag behind in matters of the heart. The Times of India brings you a list of Arpita Khan's alleged famous boyfriends.
Arjun Kapoor- Yes you read that right! Bollywood's latest sensation Arjun Kapoor has dated Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan. In an interview to TOI, Arjun admitted to being in a serious relationship with Arpita when he was 18 years old. He revealed that the two of them dated for two years till one day Arpita broke up with him. Arjun said he was so scared of Salman Khan that he went up to his entire family and told them about his relationship with Arpita. But Salman was always very supportive of the two of them. Apparently, there was news that when Arjun's debut film 'Ishaqzaade' had released, Arpita had booked the entire theatre to just watch the film! Arpita is still close to Arjun and she stood by him during his mother's cancer as well.
Nihar Pandya- Deepika Padukone's former boyfriend and model Nihar Pandya was apparently also Arpita Khan's boyfriend at one point of time. If rumours are anything to go by then after dating Arjun Kapoor, Arpita set her eyes on model Nihar Pandya. But theirs wasn't a long lasting relationship and the two broke up soon after. Nihar Pandya was earlier dating Deepika Padukone when she was just a model. After Deepika and Arpita, Nihar was in a relationship with Gauahar Khan.
Angad Bedi- After her last relationship with Nihar Pandya crumbled, Arpita met Angad Bedi through a common friend. Angad Bedi is cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi's son and an actor. Varun Shashi Rao- If the strong current of rumours are to be believed then the man in Arpita Khan's life in early 2014 was Varun Shashi Rao. Varun is a model and an aspiring actor.
