Robert Naorem's made sarees using the Manipuri fabric with which phanek and phi are normally made. According to his Facebook page the models shown include Hittary Chan, Monika Koijam, Kalpana Khwairakpam, Nina Mo, Jayakumari Thokchom and Naorem Ibemu Devi.

Robert is a renowned designer, stylist and makeup artist in India. His path has only been upward since the launch of his career. He has dressed the likes of many celebrities from Bollywood and has even done the makeup for contestants of the Miss Bangalore contest. His designs focus on being soft, fairy-tale like results which leave a lasting impression on you.

Robert Naorem is a freelance Fashion Designer, stylist and makeup artist. His hometown is Imphal, but he has been based in Bangalore City, India since January 2010.

2013

At the Bangalore Show of Manipur Fusion Design Collection he designed a complete saree using the Manipuri fabric with which the Manipuri dresses phanek and phi are normally made.

2014

The second edition of Bangalore based popular stylist Robert Naorem Creations's the Manipur fashion Extravaganza was held at the well crafted and designed ramp assembled at the 1st battalion Manipur Rifles parade ground in Imphal. Many A-list models from other parts of India including Manasi Moghe, Tanvi Singla and Sobhita Dhulipala walked down the ramp of the 1st Battalion Manipur Rifles Parade Grounds in Imphal.
