The available clip shows an elderly Muslim man pull a dog out of a village hut by his tail. He then swirls the dog in the air several times by the tail. The dog cries out in pain. This writer is no animal rights activist but that scene is cruel by any standards.

On youtube this 42-second clipping has been categorised as Comedy.

Tragic relief, perhaps.

Sanity comes in the shape of a young man, also wearing a shalwar-qameez (but no beard or skull cap), hence probably a Muslim, too, who shoos the older man away.
