GYMNASTICS

The 22-year-old Hyderabadi became the first Indian to win a medal at the Gymnastics World Cup in February 2018 when she won the bronze medal in the vault in Melbourne. She may have to do better in the Asian Games than that medal-winning score of 13.649. Sae Miyakawa of Japan has already scored 15.000 this year, the best among Asians. North Korea’s Rye Yong Pyon, world No. 10 in vault, would be another challenger.
