Qualifier Nepal caused a stir at the ICC U-19 World Cup when they stunned New Zealand by 32 runs in a Group D match in Fatullah on Thursday. Nepal won the qualifying event in Malaysia last year to return to the World Cup fold after missing the previous tournament in 2014.They bowled out the Kiwis for 206 after setting up a 239-run target. While captain Raju Rijaltopscored for Nepal with 48, seamer DipenderAiree's three wickets and off-spinner PremTamang's two helped clinch the dramatic win.
